do Pilates Professionals

The goal of do Pilates Professionals is to train Pilates instructors who, right after completing the course, are confident and able to hold their own in the profession.

Of course, this doesn't mean that everyone starts with 100% knowledge the day after the exam, as that wouldn't be realistic; but the training can be a tool you can always turn to, and you can pull out the study material any time you need it. The mark of the best instructors is that they practice constantly, keep their knowledge up to date, and are always thirsty for knowledge. If you feel that you are ready for a lifelong journey, we will help you set out on this path!

Course curriculum:

• Pilates history and theory
• Pilates anatomy
• Classic Mat Pilates exercises
• Athletic Mat Pilates exercises
• Classic Reformer Pilates exercises
• Athletic Reformer Pilates exercises
• Pilates exercises with small equipment
• Building a Pilates Flow
• Class planning
• Correcting posture/position and proper cueing

In order for the training to be smooth and enjoyable on both sides, you need to meet a few entry requirements:

• A fitness instructor / PE teacher / dance teacher / physiotherapist qualification and/or a longer sporting background is recommended*
• A minimum of 50 hours of Pilates participation*

*The Pilates course qualifies as professional continuing education, so it is not required to apply; however, it can officially only be taught with a relevant foundational qualification in any sport-related field or a physiotherapist qualification.

Exit requirements:

• written test
• practical exam

In addition to passing the exam, 4 hours of observation and 8 hours of participation are required, the completion of which is not tied to a deadline.

Completion of the training is certified by a Certificate issued by the Adult Education Authority.

Course prices:

• Mat Pilates Instructor: 220.000 Ft
• Reformer Pilates Instructor: 230.000 Ft
• Full training (reformer and mat): 420.000 Ft

The price includes:

• textbook
• video library
• detailed evaluation of the exam
• practice opportunity in the studio
• coffee, tea, water and snacks provided on training days
• ongoing contact and mentoring as needed

For instalment payment options, please enquire by email! A place is only secured by paying the course fee (in the case of instalments, with the first instalment).

Cancellation terms:

If the application is withdrawn, only 50% of the course fee is refundable up to 30 days before the course starts. In the case of cancellation within 30 days, the course fee is NON-REFUNDABLE!
